overview of order statuses

When you create an order via your account in the Dropshirt platform, it is assigned a status and will appear in your order management page (accessed via 'my orders' on the left navigation menu). The order status depends on various factors, summarised in the table below.


Order Status
Explanation
Additional Notes
UnpaidThe order is created, but the checkout / payment process has not been completed. To confirm your order and send it for fulfilment, complete the payment.
Completing payment: open the order, click 'pay now', choose your preferred payment method, follow the steps to complete your payment.
ExpiredThe checkout / payment process has not been completed and the order has expired. You can still confirm the order by completing payment.
This status is essentially the same as 'Unpaid'.
ProcessingYour order is confirmed and has been sent to our production system for fulfilment. It will be shipped within 3-5 days.
Partial ProcessingYour order is confirmed, but something prevented part of the order from being sent to our production system. A member of our team will investigate and contact you if necessary.No action is required from you, but you should keep an eye on your inbox in case we do need your input. In most cases, your order will be processed as normal.
Manual ProcessingYour order is confirmed, but something prevented part or all of the order from being sent to our production system. A member of our team will investigate and contact you if necessary.
This status us similar to 'Partial Processing'.
