Dropshirt is a print on demand business; that means all products are unique and printed to order. This also means the returns and exchanges are not supported if your customer orders the wrong size, colour or simply changes their mind. Similarly, Dropshirt does not offer any refund or replacement if incorrect shipping details were provided for an order. You are responsible for capturing the correct information from your customers.
You may choose to allow returns for some of the above reasons, but please note that Dropshirt does not currently provide storage or re-shipment services and is therefore unable to support you in this regard. It is strongly recommended that you create a clear returns policy of your own to share with your customers to avoid uncertainty and ensure the best buying experience.
