Dropshirt is a print on-demand and embroidery on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if your customer ordered the wrong size, colour, or simply changed their mind.

Therefore, in general, we do not accept returns to our address. However, in the case of misprinted/damaged/defective items, we will provide a free replacement or refund. Any claims must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. Please get in touch with our team using the “Submit feedback” form and provide a clear photo showing the issue.

Wrong Address - If you or your end customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to you. You are responsible for capturing the correct information from your customers and you will be liable for reshipment costs.

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed from the shipping agents are returned to you and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to your end customer.

Returned by Customer - A returns policy is crucial for any ecommerce store and we do recommend you have a clear policy towards your customers. It is best to advise your end customers to contact you before returning any products. Returns for products, as well as size exchanges should be offered at your expense and discretion. If you choose to accept returns or offer size exchanges to your end customers, you would need to place a new order at your expense for a product in another size.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal is not be provided for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalised.
